I love just walking the streets of Porto and take pictures, there's so much to photograph, so much to live. Part of my work as an art student goes through these photos, the camera has to be with me all the time ... I get furious when in front of me is this pictorially beautiful "image" and I have no way to save it unless in my memory.
I love Italian food and I love cooking in general...do these "snacks" such as the bruschetta give me such a great pleasure and even more to eat the final result :p

ReplyDeleteAhh I adore Bruschetta! How did you make those? In South Africa I tried them with Pesto and sundried tomatoes, very yummy as well :-)

I have to try your recipe:)
ReplyDeleteThese bruschetta I made a very quick and simple, using only bread, olive oil, onion, oregano and tomatoes and bake for about 10 minutes to dry the tomatoes. But every time I do different, always experimenting with other ingredients :) thanks for the comment **
